which token(s) are placed first?

Reading the cards makes me think Fire Lanes tokens are placed first then the Grav Shift token but I really want it to be the other way around

thoughts?

Fire Lanes -

After placing obstacles, the second player places three objective tokens in the setup area beyond distance 4 of both players edges. Then the first player may move each objective token to within distance 1-2 of its current location.

Grav Shift Reroute -

Before deploying fleets , place 1 grav shift token anywhere in the play area.

Looks like you knew the answer to this. After placing obstacles , occurs before, Before deploying fleets . Fire Lane tokens are placed before grav shift tokens.

Somewhere in the RRG it states that After and Before refer to "immediately" after and before, so the rules lawyers wont be able to help you.
