Poe and Finn tie sf

By Xaius Colnier, in X-Wing

So I think it would ne cool to get this in the game, as it is what they used in their escape from the first order, perhaps as a promo.

My idea for the card would be:

·Poe dameron

·Finn

(Yes it has both names so you cant use the normal poe or finn cards in the same list)

PS 7 (poe isnt used to the ship)

Normal tie sf stats actions and upgrades (with an ept slot of course)

Ability:

While attacking if you have a focus token you may change a evade result to a focus, while defending if you have a focus you may change a hit (boom) to a focus or a crit (kaboom) to a hit (boom)

(The ability might be a little strong but I havent had a chance to test it out)

30 points (yeah it's a little high for the ps on a tie sf but I feel it's needed to offset the ability)

What do you guys think?

What would you make a poe and finn tie sf do?

It would be poe in a sf, same abillity as normal. He would instead of special forces training get something like a "defective agent" title to give him the same abillity and to represent finn, it could have a stipulation in its rules text to not allow finn crew in the same list. The scary thing is since the advent of the sabine tie, this ship is a possible addition to the rebel side lol. (Not so much scary as silly. I would probably still buy it cause I love this game and that scene is awesome in tfa.)

you don't need Finn in an SF

because he's coming in Hotr as a crew

SF can't take crew, you say?

That title would totally work on any rebel FO or SF. Too bad we don't have those, yet.

You forgot to put on: after first turn, ship becomes crippled and must move toward edge of board as fast as it can. Until it leaves game.

Well then they would have to put that on vaders tie advanced as well, maybe after his first dammage.

You already have x-wing's.

The Galactic Empire.

So great that Rebels had to copy/steal our glorious TIEs.

Can't take astromechs or AT or IA.

Do you seriously think the Battle of Yavin was the first and last time Vader ever flying a TIA Advanced?

Astromechs are ****, IA is ****, X-Wings are ****.

But hey, have a U-Wing and another Tie Fighter.

As above

Apart from no r2d2, sf is better

2 points more, extra shield, same attack dice out the front with title, 1 speed turns and sloops instead of K, System and Tech instead of Astro. yeah, it just might be better. And the imps are crying that it sucks. Whatever.

barrel freaking roll

FO FREE :o

and it only seems to suck because they're spoiled by x7 defenders (which are dead sexy things, to be fair)

Well...

I'm still in a binge of Rebels Season 2, but I'm gonna have to say "No, no it was not."

He slaughtered a squadron of A-wings and destroyed a Rebel command ship single-handed in his TIE Advanced in the beginning.

He just had a SJ, and they had a tiny Jax hidden behind the corner of the eye...

There is nothing stopping you from playing a friendly game of wing using a scenario you made with Poe's ability in a TIE SFto play out the 3 minutes or so that Poe actually flew a Tie S, where he is escaping the SD.

As for a Resistance TIE SF coming out in the game from FFG, I wouldnt hold my breath.

Fin would be when making an attack you must target attack this ship first.

Poe would be when suffering any damage you suffer a face up damage card.

The Poe Fin SF folks.

Poe and Finn TIE/SF?

Ability: Have a "bro"ment, forget ordnance is chasing you, explode, crash, get separated in a desert and get thumped in the face by a willowy proto-jedi. Win the game through a series of convoluted events after shooting down every TIE fighter in the galaxy in under ten seconds.
