Ok guys my search fu is weak and I can't find rules in the books or here on the forums.

What the heck does focus do in 2nd ed?

It lets you convert all clues to success. It says this right on the card.

Thanks I had just picked the game up and was reading the character cards and saw focused mentioned on Mateo's card but I had not even opened the other cards yet, lol.And indeed there it was right under my nose.

thanks for asking, it says on the face side; "you or another investigator within range become focused. then flip the card"

back side flavor text) make a lore 3 skill check roll;

"if you pass you or another investigator become focused"

...wtf is focused?

I wonder why one feels the need to create a question thread without even going through the game components properly.
