She has been known to jam. She's bloody good in that position, but she prefers pivot. She gets more amusement out of laying out a jammer and recycling her, than sneaking through a pack.

My wife was a blocker in the Bay Area for a bit. Didn't get quite good enough to get onto one of the local teams that make BAD- she kept getting injured. But gods can she skate!
No we're in Ireland, but I have had the pleasure (and terror) of coaching against Brawling before in a friendly game. Terrifyingly good players. Oddly enough, one of the players under my charge that day ended up moving to London and playing for Brawling since!

Hot nerdy girls. Nearly by definition, girls who play Roller Derby are also incredibly nerdy. It made boardgame night at my place really interesting.
