All "after executing a maneuver" abilities trigger BEFORE the "the receive a stress token".

Do you mean specifically with Daredevil? Or always?

Yes, for Daredevil.

If you're executing a red maneuver the stress is assigned during the "Check Pilot Stress" step.

If you flew through or landed on a debris field, the stress is assigned after the "Check Pilot Stress" step.
