Another Scout class that I've been working on for a while now. I realise this is bad timing on my part since Rugal recently posted his custom class, the Rogue: https://community.fantasyflightgames.com/topic/228307-custom-class-rogue/.

There are definitely some strong similarities with each other, but believe me when I say this is not the case of stolen work. In fact, I encourage people to try out Rugals Rogue class as it's got some cool ideas in it.

Making some changes to the Assassin now. Some small, some big. A little busy today so hopefully I'll get around to the rest of the changed today or tomorrow.
