Can the FFG hive mind settle a debate with regards to having Lome Wolf and Kallus on one ship (Kenkirk with no Shields and a damage card) against another single ship that has been "Kallused".

You roll the one green Dice as per Kenkirks ability;It's blank so you reroll with lone Wolf;you get an eyeball which you turn to an evade with Kallus (same procedure for a red Die that starts blank).

Correct, Kallus' ability is a "change", not a "reroll". The combo works (the same way as spending a target lock to reroll, and than spending a focus token).

Rules reference, page 13, modifying dice:

"Dice can be modified by multiple effects, but a die cannot be rerolled more than once."

So yes, it works.
