Do we think this heralds the first Imperial Astromech in-game?

There are several imperial Astromechs in the OT.

I hear you there. But none of them got any treatment past being an extra. This guy looks like he'll have a specific part in the movie, no?
if he ends up in the game he'd probably be a crew. I doubt one specially mentioned imperial mech will spout future ships with an astromech slot.
In theory, the striker could have it, but not a single other tie has that feature so why would it?
Wasn't saying that there'd be a ship with a slot for it, so much as saying that they're perhaps finally done overlooking Imperial Support droids. Hopefully.
Some more decent Imperial crew options would be more than welcome. The Empire crew choices are distinctly unimpressive compared to the Rebel and Scum options. I know there is Palpatine but then you are playing Palp Aces and that is pretty much a mono-build.
If his name is "Astromach" then he should give the boost action, since you know mach speed and all.
at this point i dont even consider palp a crew. hes a bloody pilot lol.
RAC is the only other time i ever see palp thats not your typical palpace build. but that build is so underwhelming its not mentioned lol.

D'oh! I even checked and re-checked it lol
Perhaps the TIE striker has an astromech slot...
/runs and hides
IF imperial get an astromech slot it'd be another factionspecific one. Otherwise we'd have ships flying around with BB8 and R2D2, since not a single (iirc) astromech says Rebel Only lol

I want them as Imp crew.
