First Aid can be used "once an Act" on a character.

One of the Rally Step options is First Aid, and the Rally step is "between Acts"?

Do you count this against "in Act use" (e.g., okay you didn't use act just past so it counts as that Act's use; you did, it counts as the next Act's use) or treat it as an exception? I'm inclined to the former (not treat it as an exception).
