By Do I need a Username, in X-Wing Squad Lists

As I was looking through my cards the other day, I found some really great synergies and then put them in a list, and would appreciate some feedback on how to make it better without changing the basic idea.

Hobbie Klivian - R3 - A2, Integrated. - 27

"Dutch" Vander - Munitions failsafe, Flechette torps, R7 - T1, Ion cannon turret - 34

Airen Craken - adaptability - 19

Lt. Blount - Adv. Homing missiles, adaptability - 20

The goal was to allow Hobbie to perform actions and stress people with R3-A2 using Dutch's ability and then have Blount and Craken Work together to deal a good amount of damage (And remove stealth device). However, I found that The ships all dies too fast. Any advice for a novice player?

The Z pilots are ok as cheap aces/filler for squads. I used to fly Blount with my Ghost to get the target locks or Ion effects for control. But one shot trick. After that he just melted.

I tried Airen but found it got hard to proc his ability. Unlike N'Dru for Scum they just don't have good abilities.

I have been thinking of pairing Hobbie with Chopper in a Ghost. I think he could make a good missile carrier with the Ion turret. Of all the above I like him best.

Still love Blount with Ion Pulse Missiles.
