New list below after your feedback.

Pretty simple list. Control enemy speed, exhaust its tokens and hammer them from behind with the raiders for bonus giggles.

I now take 2 targeting scramblers, to give my raiders a chance. APT's to make the most of Screed.

What's your plan against a red dice heavy rebel list? You are pretty volnurable until up close.

With engine techs and raiders he is fast enough to get in close. Hang back at speed 1 then as the rebels approach nav to speed 2 and ET to get into close range.

I would get rid of advanced gunnery as anyone with an MC80a or MC80c or an ISD or even Salvation will say yes please while your interdictor's front arc main volley is hardly devastating.

Might as well fill up those experimental slots on the interdictors. Drop ACMs down to APTs and get two G7s or one G7 + Grav shift.

I agree with Irritable Feline.

If you are really just that in love with ACM's, you could just dunk an Overload Pulse and that would shake free enough points for grav reroute and a second targeting scrambler.

I honeslty don't get the point of two interdictors if you aren't going all in on the refits.

That's a good point.

For the cost of your second interdictor you could get an ISD-I with Avenger and 2 points left over (get leading shots if you can scrape together 2 more points). Now you will really benefit from overload pulse.

In this set up you want your raiders to be your damage, but they only benefit from OLP if they go late in the turn. With no bid this means soaking up at least 2 exchanges of fire at close range (one from enemy first activation, then activate OLP, then enemy second activation). I find it pretty unlikely that the raiders will end up living long enough to do any serious damage.

That said, changing it to anything else ruins the "wolfpack" feel of the fleet, so if that is more important to you then keep it as it is. But as far as giving yourself a competitive edge, leaning heavier into the experimental refits and replacing the two raiders with a demo would work, or replacing one interdictor with an Avenger ISD as already said.

Might want to move the Targeting Scrambler over to the Interdictor title ship, so you can use it twice.

Thank you guys for all your replies. Taking into account your feedback I made some changes. I have edited my initial post.

Maybe try the Guardian & break out the little used Insidious title. "Wolfpack" might be a nice fit for a title that is little used.
