I'd like the Arcane Prizes, but there is no way I can get to the event. If I pay and pre register, will that stuff be sent to me?

This question has been asked every previous year, and it's always been no. I hope for the best in your case, but they've been handing them out at the door since I've been there and have said no exceptions each year.

No it says the bags are distributed during the event in the ticket order page.
