I called ffg and I got counted to the parent company; so I explained to the customer service agent that I need to replace my 5 range firing range ruler and he was not really understanding what I was needing, strange...? I was trying to tell the agent that I wanted to purchase it from ffg. However, he explained to me that ffg does not sell these firing templates individually and that I have to purchase a new huge ship. Well to me ffg is not taking the needs of its customer base...sad.
