I play casually at a gamestore and a friend of mine has relegated a good amount of time to using a list similar to this:

Kanan Jarrus (53) - VCX-100 Sensor Jammer (4), Twin Laser Turret (6), Recon Specialist (3), Tactician (2)

"Zeb" Orrelios (18) - Attack Shuttle

Biggs Darklighter (29) - X-Wing R2-D2 (4), Integrated Astromech (0)

I was using something similar to 4LOM and Asajj Ventress to stress out Biggs or to pull him away from the Ghost to begin dealing out damage. I was aiming to take advantage of using Black Market Slicer tools on Biggs to avoid R2D2 crap as well. Unfortunately the ghost would end up moving towards 4LOM or my Shadowcaster, dealing out a hefty 5 die roll, then wrapping up with TLT which was toasting my ship. I do have 3 contracted scouts I could use but I found that a meta like that was rather cheap and would prefer an alternative way if at all possible to beat his list. Any suggestions or better ideas on how to counter his listing without resorting to metas?
