precision strike nad Black dices

By NairoD, in Star Wars: Armada Rules Questions

Hi all

Have a question from my last game. We play precision strike. I had Victory that score 2 crits on black dice. His ship had 3 facedown damage cards. I want to waste one of my hits from black dice to get one of those cards face up.

My coleague said that I cannot do this since mision allow only dices with hit. Is it true?

In my opinion he Was wrong. What do you think?

The black dice in question is a hit/crit, so thats fallible logic anyway.

With precision strike you spend the entire dice, so as long as it has a hit you can spend it. Which this does.

I cant remember if you can spend single crit dice.

As long as you have a dice with a HIT icon (HIT/CRIT definitely apply) you can spend the entire dice to flip a card face up and score a token.

Single CRITS can't be spent.

And it means that a Die with a Hit/Crit, the ENTIRE DIE is spent, just over the hit.

Just the same as if you're only throwing Red Double-Hits, spending a Hit spends both, as you can't pull the faces off the die.
