On the new quad turbo lasers it says a red accuracy can be replaced by a set of red dice, what is classed as a set of red dice?

It means that if you have one Red accuracy showing, you add one further Red die. This *die* is then set to show a further accuracy icon. In other words, if you roll any accuracy icons on any of your Red dice, you get a free accuracy result added on top.

You are allowed to use as many Accuracy icons as you want to spend. You can lock down all the defense tokens you like.

It's actually a bad combination with the Mon Karren title because if you've locked down most/all of their defense tokens, it's not like the title meaningfully changes the game state. That's the inherent problem with Mon Karren - it looks good on paper but the more Accuracies you get the less relevant the title is.
