So so ready. Bring the Grand Admiral.

I need to catch up on this show, I've read season 2 is great.

There are a couple episodes that are similar to first season and are just decent but then the heat gets turned up a number of times and you want to get your Armada models out for a game. Final two episodes is in my opinion some of the best Star Wars done and definitely one of the top 5 Light Saber battles ever.

So glad I bothered checking this series out, I expected little, but was massively impressed :D

Ah man! anyone see the new teaser with Ezra going hella darkside with an Imperial Walker? Very much looking forward to this season.

Yep, and my same thoughts too. That is some power to connect now. I knew he was gift in connecting but that is crazy good for a Padawan. Has to be the Holocron.

This plus Thrawn. Gonna be an epic season

Okay, that's just brilliant.

Anyone know which channel (if any) shows Rebels in the UK?

A Google Search on the process finds that Disney XD is related to something called "Jetix" in the UK

Not legally currently, and no sign of it appearing in the uk

But I totally Understand frustration.

I mean, it is theoretically possible to access it here in Calgary too...

.... For $212/mo.

How annoying, I will have to sate myself on Season 2 when I can get it on DVD in October. It's a shame, I can't imagine why they haven't organised distribution over here, there must be enough demand.

Yeah....I'm getting sick of the long wait on Season 2 on Blu-Ray.

Loved the hell out of Season One, and have not been able to see beyond that.

I think it is awesome that they got James Earl Jones to be the voice of Darth Vader once again. Dave Filoni has really done well for himself as showrunner for Clone Wars and Rebels.

I mean he brought back Frank Oz (Yoda) in Rebels, and Pernilla August and Liam Neeson briefly in their respective roles as Shmi Skywalker and Qui-Gon Jinn in Clone Wars. I highly doubt Lucas could've managed that. :)

I am really glad to see that both shows are given canon status, because the stories thus far have rocked. And now, Thrawn is canon, although I'm certain that he'll be given a slightly different future than the ones established in the Legends Thrawn Trilogy of novels. Timothy Zahn is going to have a hand in reforging Thrawn's future.

I have to do a little reasearch, but I am wondering if the female Imperial Officer shown speaking to Tarkin in Season 3's trailer is the same character from the novel "Death Star"? (That book, relegated to Legends status as it is, was a heck of a read. :) )

She is name dropped in the Trailer - "Governor Price."

Which means The Female Imperial Officer talking to Tarkin is actually the Governor of Lothal.

She was mentioned Previously - Minister Tua was in charge because She was off at Coruscant partying with the Emperor for Empire Day.

Clearly, that's where she met Thrawn at the same time..

I am current 3/4 through season 2.
Without giving spoilers, what if events in the series affected an Imperial character that they decide to become a rebel.
There is already a card for them in the game, so do you think we could see a rebel version (different abilities) being released if they did defect.

Storywise for the series, I think it would be an interesting arc.

"Killed Attempting To Defect".

Would explain why they're not referenced in the OT, as well.

That episode was a good kickoff. If we don't get that carrier, it'd be an absolute shock.

.;.. Don't get it for an other Hour,

Dodanna the Oppressor returns.

For UK people, the new series started tonight on Disney XD if you have it - I won't be upgrading my Sky subscription, but it might help others.
