Per capita, if the UK gets 7, it's roughly on par with the USA.
Canada makes out like a bandit here. Per capita, they have effectively double the amount of tournaments the USA has.
I hope I get a seat at my Regional (100 spots for ALL of the Pacific Northwest? wow). I know some players travel far to get to all the tourneys they can possibly attend. I can only go to MINE.
when or how do you sign up? since so many of these are so far away, it's going to take some planning to get to them.

Sign ups are handled by the individual stores. Your best bet is to call and ask for details.

Did you mix up X-Wing and Armada dates?
The icons are on top of each other so you're clicking the armada one. Uncheck armada in the left menu and you'll see a TIE fighter there for X-wing which has the 2-18 date.

Organized by dates it looks like. They told me last night when I contacted them there was an issue with the table when it was uploaded so caused some issues and they PM'd me it was fixed early this morning. But Manitoba was listed as Nov of 2017 lol so I pm'd them back around lunch time about that one.

Per land mass, it's massively losing though. Our cities are generally not close together. Montreal, at 3+ million pop had to travel 4h to Toronto or 2.5h to Quebec last time around. For Ottawa people (~1.25M), it was just about 4 hours to either Quebec, Toronto, or Rochester, NY (and people went to all 3!).
Having one in Ottawa means it's marginally closer for people in Montreal too, and reachable from Toronto. I'm expecting it'll be BIG. And, for me, that means all of 10-20 minutes on the road, which I love

...but take the Armada and junk to the other forums, yeah? You got me really excited; for a moment I thought that AZ had three regional events. Now I'm back in reality, and it's not as good.
