Every turn you use her ability + PTL to boost/BR and focus/evade and then use kanan to execute basically any maneuver and clear stress then take whichever token u don't have.

Equip with targeting computer or cloaking device for even more shenanigans

Yep. That's how I currently run Sabine in the Attack Shuttle, plus Autoblaster Turret, and sometimes Engine Upgrade.

All four actions every turn is proper nice.

I'm looking at Cloaking Device/Intel Agent/Intimidation or PTL for a really, really effective and unpredictable blocker. You get SO much positional control out of this that I think you become more inpredictable than Echo as long as the Cloaking Device holds out.
