1. Turr Phennir (love this ability)
2. Soontir Fel (love his Legends story)
3. Wedge (it's Wedge!)
4. Tycho (what stress?)
5. Garven Dreis (love the concept of his ability, and so I'm always trying to fit him into thematic synergy lists)
1. Rexler Brath (TIE Defender)
If there were more way to make his ability work (e.g. focus donations), he would be more widely seen. But when he does his thing it's a beauty to behold.
2. Juno Eclipse (TIE Advanced)
Awesome ability and flexible to plan with, good fit for a PTL+ATC build which can support a squadron with TL for my no. 3
3. Vessery (TIE Defender)
Used to be hobbled by the lack TLs in shipa the Empire brings to the game but that's okay now
4. Countess Ryad (TIE Defender)
Defender with 5 green k-Turns, that is all
5. Mareek Stele (TIE Adv. > TIE Defender)
Ability is good, great in Adv. If you can support him in a focus fire combintions with say Vessery+VI and Juno+ATC it get downright wicked.
1 - Keyan Farlander : by far the pilot I play the most, PtL+AdV. Sensors (you can even throw in Sabine crew and some mine, it's a lot of fun to play) / Stay on Target / Opportunist; this guy is nice to fly around !
2 - Airen Cracken : relase the Cracken ! I like him with Squad Leader, flanked by 2 HLC Blues, who he gives late repositionning actions. A good and cheap piece (cheap for rebels at least).
3 - Green Squadron pilots : Green squadron rules. Anyone should know that. 20 pt-ish with CS and Adaptability, 25 pts-ish adding Prockets or Juke, these little guys pack a punch when played in squad.
4 - Wes Janson : I like to play with the Juke and Opportunist cards, and for that stuff, Wes is the right wingman to throw in, getting rid of ennoying tokens.
5 - Warden K-wing : with advanced SLAM and conner net, I really like to see Soontir **** in his pants.
1. Carnor Jax: after Biggs this guy is probably the pilot that conditions your opponents play more than any other.
2. Echo: I love maneuvering abilities and Echo is the queen of position control.
3. Omega Leader: ace-hunter extraordinaire, enough said.
4. Countess Ryad: the option to change any straight maneuver into a k-turn has won me more than one game.
5. Zertik Strom: his ability is truly evil if you send him straight into the maw of your enemy and keep him close. It's extra fun/evil if you give him a sensor jammer and add Carnor to the mix.
