I had a turn where the app instructed us to move the hunting horror up to 3 spaces to have as many investigators in range as possible, then attack all investigators in range. I was in the next space from it on the other side of a door (i had just opened the door, and decided not to enter) the other investigator was 2 spaces farther in the same hall.
Does the creature
1. Go through the door into my space and attack just me.
2. Go past me to the space between the two investigators, but be unable to attack since neither is in its space.
3. Same as 1, but then being able to perform a second attack on the other player from my space
4. Same as 1, but then moving 2 more spaces and attacking the other investigator in his space.
5. Same as 2, but be able to attack both of us from that middle space.
We decided that 1 made the most sense, since the creature did not seem to have a ranged attack, and the wording of the action sounded like it would move, then attack
