Gladiators DO actually have 3 shields up front so I'm thinking of flying them totally different than usual.

Targeting Scrambler
Add Vader and Interdictor Title to one of the interdictors
Setup - 2 glads in the middle, and the Interdictors on the flanks -
Point them directly at the enemy and march them directly toward the main force of your enemy at speed 2.
Interdictors will protect the flanks, obstructing any shots and keeping most people from getting into range 1 of the gladiators' sides. Once you are face to face with the enemy, you've got scramblers for defense, and projection experts for shield recovery. Have every ship run engineer almost all of the time - swap in a few nav commands if your enemy fleet is super agile.
If they have more squadrons than you can ignore, space your ships out a little so as to not obstruct your own anti squadron shots, and you might just put a huge dent into their squadrons with a single round of anti squadron fire. (up to 16 dice against each squadron, each turn - depending on positioning).
Thoughts? I plan to experiment with this list soon. It seems like it's biggest weakness would be CR-90As and MC-30s flying circles around me. Also deployment disadvantage would hurt since I only have 4 ships and no squadrons here.
