My heroes claim that MHD's Bacta Radiator effectively counters the initial strain on each hero from the Weary from Toil Bane card - and I'm inclined to actually agree with them, but I need every edge I can get..

First round; Mission Effects --> Imperial Effects (Weary from Toil) --> Rebel Effects (Bacta Radiator)? Right?

It's a 4 XP card (meaning he skipped other valuable cards), and it gives the rebels the false sense of security that they don't need to do the mission, leaving the bane on the board to influence story missions. It's bad, just not *as* bad.
