The starter weapon seems like a straight up inferior version of Thief's Throwing Dagger. As the intent seems to be to make something analogous to MMO rogue classes consider changing it to two separate daggers and giving some sort of dual wielding support through class skills.

Since almost all of its abilities involve moving and attacking while unseen, I think you should name it Assassin.
