An Alternative Look At Arc Dodgers and Jousters

Jouster enver had a "crisis of identity"

the circle turned, the three pillars of Nosgoth crumbled.

Turrets no longer can do hell to Dodgers, because frankly, dodgers slap 2-3 tokens and Autothrusters and go Samuel Jackson repeating "I DARE YOU!" Turret no longer beats the dodger.

Same turrets aren't prone to being mingled by Jousters as well, because, surely, you've noticed that Engine_Upgrade.png card that's 146% times seen on every self-respecting PWT

That is, a jouster now gets banged by both other pillars, and so far the only jousters that don't are freaking TORPEDO micro-PWTs and (not to be spoken of at dusk) 2-3 action per turn tokenstacking Defenders.

Jousters need something really new, to make them tick and start working against dodgers. Extra white die with 1 hit 1 crit 1 eyeball and 1 evade (to be used in more situations) that can be added when attacking a foe that boosted\BRed? Some blocking-goodies?

I believe the point was that there aren't any pillars. To beat a boosting PWT a ship needs to either be able to reliably arc it, have a sufficiently powerful attack that when they do arc it they hurt it badly (so it needs to be arced fewer times) and either way be able to outjoust it. Everything is needs to be a jouster when fighting a PWT.
