At range 3 of Jax and I add focus to Manaroo. Jax moves into bump Manaroo inside range 1 to trigger ability. Player using Jax claimed I could not move focus to Dengar at range 3 of Jax. Who is correct? Thank you.
Manaroo vs Carnor Jax
Jax prevents taking actions and spending tokens. Manaroo's ability to pass tokens is not a focus action, it's not an evade action and it's not spending any focus or evade tokens so Jax does nothing.
Yup. Passing a token is not taking a focus or evade action, nor is it spending a focus or evade token.
Jax does nothing to Manaroo. Only if the specific word 'spend' is used, does his ability block the token being removed.
Commenting to agree with the others who have already commented here, your opponent was wrong and the only way Jax would stop Manaroo from passing the tokens is if he was at range 1 after you moved to block you from performing the action in the first place.

Commenting on your comment to agree with the others who have already commented, I concur wholeheartedly with your comment in this regard.
Passing in no way allows anyone to use them in range one of Jax

True, but the original question was "Can Manaroo still pass the tokens if Jax is at range one of Manaroo?" and the answer is yes.
