Question about Youngster’s ability?

Youngsters ability;

Friendly TIE fighters at Range 1-3 may perform the action on your equipped Elite Upgrade card.

So if I read the card correctly, If Youngster is equipped with say, Adrenaline Rush, and he never uses it, every other Tie Fight can.

Is this correct?

“Youngster’s” ability can be used only if his equipped Elite Upgrade card has the “action:” header.

Sounds like you answered a common question about Youngster yourself.

It's a common mistake to think that those allied ships can simply use the EPT equiped to Youngster despite the various requirements. You asked about Adrenaline Rush but a more popular one now could be Crackshot where one things other TIEs can use it as long as it is still on Youngster.
