Seismic Torpedoes are the most fun!

Today I had Ghost in my squad. A big rock was in the way for my second movement, you know, the big one which is almost always in the center of the map. I flew straight and blew it away to have more options for the next turn (opponent was careful too because of the possible damage output)

One of the best investments I ever did (and no waste of slots). Seismic torpedoes are awesome and fun!

What was armed with the torp? I didnt think the Ghost could fire its torpps forward, or did you kturn to fire

perhaps on ghosts

not on ARCs though :(

so **** and useless when it turns out you want obstacles to be there because you can exploit them incredible well thanks to how much the aux arc opens your dial

It can fire torps out of either arc. It can only fire its primary out of the forward, unlesd the Phantom is docked.

it can fire torp secondary weapons or just torps?

because these torps aren't secondary weapons

technically, you don't even "fire" them. you just pick an obstacle in your primary firing arc (Specified on card) at range 1-2 and it goes *pop*

I have only played agains th Ghost yet, havent used my one yet, keep meaning to and then fly something else, lol.

The ghost cannot fire seismics backwards. They are not torpedo secondary weapons.

as spaceinvader covered, ghost only covers secondary weapons

even if the ghost didn't , the card still says primary firing arc so it'd do absolutely nothing when targeting an obstacle in the special arc

they are torpedo upgrades but NOT secondary weapons

secondary weapons have an attack value associated with them

meanwhile,

Extra_Munitions.png Bomb-loadout.png Swx_53.png do not

note Extra Munitions does not specify "each equipped...secondary weapon card" just "Upgrade Card" (because bombs also aren't secondary weapons)

so you would put the token on seismic torpedoes, even though they aren't secondary weapons

you'd also put the token on Bomb Loadout AND Extra Munitions itself, even though the token does absolutely nothing apart from protect them from boba crew :P
