hello there. is there any type of star wars character sheets in word format that is good to use?
Character sheets in word
I remember this question being asked before, but I don't recall if there was ever a solid answer.
I made one myself for my character and then changed it to be a generic character sheet. It works decently well.
Unfortunately, my lack of skill with the interwebs means I have no real way of sharing it.
Sorry
. Anyone know how I might do that? Without paying money for hosting?
EDIT: Although, fair warning, if you're not as obsessive as I am, you may find maintaining it a bit too difficult and/or time consuming for you're tastes.
Edited by Absol197Character sheets are a rigid enough form that it usually doesn’t work too well to use something like Word to fill them in.
You’re much better off using PDFs that can be filled in with a suitable PDF reader. There are examples of these that are linked in the “Compiled Resources List” thread at https://community.fantasyflightgames.com/topic/85616-compiled-resources-list/
Or just Bite the bullet & Download OggDudes generator. Best Character generator I have seen for any system. If you don't have the books/time to fill in the extras, looking at talent descriptions, then the talent trees are also out there.
I've got a set that I've been using for a while, tweaked a bit for each of the separate game lines (EotE version has Obligation, AoR version has Duty, FaD version has Morality) as well as a generic version.
Don't have them currently shared anywhere, as there didn't seem to be much interest in them vs. form-fillable PDFs or using OggDude's generator.
You can take a look at how they're laid out if you check this post here on my blog, featuring two FaD characters and an AoR character that I rebuilt from their old EotE Beta stats.

You can use dropbox or Google Drive (or another simmilar service) to hostnthe sheet for you, just put it in a new foldet and make that folder public and non-writable
