Do the ships dials count as an obstructed shot when looking at Line of Sight? See the following picture:

The only thing I could find in the rules reference guide is the following:

Not in this case. The plastic base count, but not the dial protectors or the actual shield dials.

They don't count for measuring range and distance. I'd say they don't count for los as long as they aren't crossing the plastic parts.
