So it appears the corellians make some excellent freighters. Modifiable, fast, maneuverable...

Do they make any good (comparable to the freighters) starfighters?

I tried a quick search but came up kinda empty...

Why would Corellians make fighters? Apparently they have the market cornered on light freighters, since no one else makes a decent one. (Seriously - someone needs to bring back the few freighters we had in Legends that weren't made by Corellians. The Muurian transport, the Nova Courier, the Mon Cal light freighters, etc.) In the starfighter market, they'd have to compete with Seinar, Koensayr, Incom, etc, etc.

That and the jm5k outperforms most any fighter that can be thrown at it anyway

It still bothers me that a light freighter has a better dial than a lot of dedicated fighters.

I'd be all for the GX-1 Short Hauler making an appearance. That's a beautiful ship.

That is literally my biggest problem with the Jumpmasters. That and they get that, a turret and good health for not that much more than many fighters.

They're notoriously independent and require PDFs for their own protection, as well as supplying their systems with? Competing with other companies is part of the game, and one the Corellians are more than capable with how their reputation and revenue exceeds most manufacturers.

Gecko beat me to it. They also manufacture very acceptable corvettes and gunships, and after Endor, started making Star Defenders to counter SDs and SSDs.
