Probably not the place to be posting this, but if they can remake hulk, why not the prequels? I doubt there is a single person who would object.
So much potential. Just...sooo...bad

If only. Oh if only!
Or they could turn it into a HBO series (once they run out of G.O.T. material).
Get Joss Whedon to write the script and Produce.
Make it 2 ep's per season for 6 years.
But the 2003 Hulk is a cinematographic masterpiece ngl

Episode 6: "Sand: It's coarse and rough and irritating."

Oh they will, but they have to wait a long time. I am talking decades. But Star Trek gave us and entirely new Khan. (Sure the new one sucked). People re-imagine franchises and story lines all the time.
Be careful going down this road the last time they tried fixing Star Wars we got the special editions. Besides if you want to watch the prequels but something good just watch teh Clone Wars, at least most of that is enjoyable and much better acted than the prequels themselves.
it happened, its in the past, lets leave it be and look to the future

I may be alone in this and although I agree that the origins story itself was really bad, the Hulk was large, green and threw tanks. That's all I want my Hulk to do, so that alone makes it a great Hulk movie (much better than the second one in my opinion).
Of course the "I'm always angry" line is probably never going to be beaten in regards to the Hulk (just like complete performance of Heath Ledger as the Joker) but I take my Hulk crack wherever I can ![]()
Archie
This time Jar Jar Binks is a sithlord in disguise.
Doubtful they woyld be much better. IMO properly done prequels require a level of darkness and character depth that has just not been there in any Disney movies that I've seen to date.
Cannot unsee.
Star Wars: Episode 9
Final scene. Jar Jar Binks wakes up after spending all night drinking Gungan ale and celebrating his victory against the droid army on Naboo. He recalls a horrible dream about The Clone Wars and The Empire taking over the galaxy. All but The Phantom Menace are no longer canon.

I am quite happy with the amount of darkness we see in TCW.

Uhm they hired already Dave Filoni, made it 22 episodes per season for 6 years. And it was awesome. Even Jar Jar Binks was freaking awesome. No need for Joss Whedon.
Edited by SEApocalypseYou can only go up from a pile of **** on the floor.
Anything they make will be no worse, same or better.

Oh - I meant they'd cover the story arcs from two movies per season... not just 2 episodes produced per season... of course, it wouldn't really work with III&IV or VI&VII...
...but I was only making a light of the OP.
Besides Disney and HBO would never find a middle ground on nudie-bits, violence and swear-words!

Then they should re-make the TFA because it's a worthless camed rehash, comared to which even I-III were good an fresh.

You Cray?
Seven was indeed a remake but it was at least competently directed(best you could expect from jj) and had decent cgi, the writing wasn't stellar and the acting was rough from the newer cast but it was not worse than the prequels.
Everything is bad about the prequels from directing to lighting.

It had CGI better than prequels. That sups up what good it had. While I can't really say anything about actorship because Dooko Qui-Gon and goddamn CGI Grivous seem to be the best actors of the entire franchise xD
Although I do admit that there's hardly anything worse than the Padme line.

Yeah the CGI was better, but the CGI of the prequels was outstanding at its time, while VII is offering mediocre CGI by today's standards. Nothing bad, but nothing great either.
Speaking of CGI, together with all that bad dialog that would be really a good reason for a prequel remake. The story itself is clearly good, the dialogs are clearly a case of "George, you can type this ****, but you can't say it!" and the CGI simply did not aged very well. So a remake sounds good, it not like that would not be kind of star wars tradition to give the movies a makeover.

Why would they remake IV first, that's the question.
And why did they fail so hard while doing it v_v

No Jurassic park had outstanding cgi and it still stands up today.
The prequels had okay cgi that very quickly became dated it in no way holds up to older films.
The story could of been good with decent writing and direction but they had neither.
