so im thinking about getting the gozanti cruiser as my first epic ship and i have a couple of question. 1 do docked ships take up points? if so do they take up points on the ship its self or small ship points? 2 if you have the title that lets you undock all 4 at once how do you do that?

also can you put the new tie s/f fighter on it?

1. Docked ships must have their own ship card and do use squad points as normal. So the Gozanti with 4 Academy TIEs would be 40 points + 4 x 12 points = 88 points.

2. With the Vector title, you may deploy up to four ships after you execute your Gozanti's manoeuvre. You would deploy them one at a time until they are done.

3. Chances are that the new TIE/sf Fighters will be included in the list of ships available to dock with the Docking Clamps upgrade. See page 20 of the rulebook under Ship-type only.

Of course, most of this will be explained in the rules insert you will get in the box.

Also note that ships can be deployed from either the front or rear guides. So with Vector, you could launch two from the front, and two from the back.

Yes, it's a TIE fighter for the purposes of restrictions, so you can load it onto the Gozanti.

However, it's not the same ship, so you can only have TIEs/f, TIEf/o OR TIE fighter on a single Gozanti, not all 3 at once.
