So ask your GM if you can just sub Trandoshan stats and this is what your race looks like. Easy peezy, I'd allow it.

You could always ask your GM if you could play a Ssi-Ruu or a Chazrach instead.

Looks a lot like a Chistori to me, like Desann from JKII.
