It's funny how so much visual-medium science fiction tends to just reflect the design aesthetics of the time it was made, instead of trying to envision something different for the future.

Look at the all visual SF made more recently that looks like a **** Apple advertisement, with that brutally-ugly bright-white, rounded-off, faux-stark... ugh.

I wish they'd used a look more like that, and less "spikes, random flaps and boards, etc" for the ancient Sith in, say, SWTOR.
