Anyone else experiencing customer service issues? Keep getting an automated response about a delay for requests made between 1 - 7 Aug due to a convention. Does not make sense given it is the 17th Aug? Tried calling the support number no answer...

All I am trying to do is get a tracking number for an order made, proving challenging at best.

I made an order 3 days ago. Still no moves. I mean, any board game webshop would have shipped by that time. I mean, really? Small webshops doing better than 'the official' one?

Whoa. Are they asleep or something? Vacation time?

I would understand if their prices were lower, but no. Both games and shipping is cheaper elsewhere, even for their own FFG stuff. And they don't have paypal. Oh well, I hope I get all intact and in reasonable time. But yeah, we're at the mercy of company who can't make any decent box inserts like for years.

I not for exclusive stuff, I wouldn't shop here, for sure.
