So a tournament is coming up and the rules are one named small ship pilot from another faction has to be in your list. I've come up with combos like Jan Ors, Whisper, and Biggs but I don't like the dials being so different. All the other combos I can think of are messed up by the fact that it has to be a small ship traitor, so what do you guys think? Any interesting combos you can think of?
Help me break the game, Traitor List
Test (100)
Bossk (43) - YV-666
Adaptability (0), "Mangler" Cannon (4), Zuckuss (1), Dengar (3)
Jan Ors (25) - HWK-290
Contracted Scout (32) - JumpMaster 5000
Deadeye (1), Extra Munitions (2), Plasma Torpedoes (3), Overclocked R4 (1), Guidance Chips (0)
I've just thought of this. I could castle all three ships and only move the jumpmaster when I have the perfect chance for the torpedoes
Poe's Aces
Poe Dameron - Veteran Instincts, R5-P9, Autothrusters, Plasma Torpedoes - 40
Biggs Darklighter - 25
Soontir Fel - Push The Limit, Royal Guard TIE, Autothrusters, Stealth Device - 35
Rebel palp
Poe: VI, R5-P9, IA (35) Corran VI, FCS, R2-D2 (42)
Wes: VI, R3-A2 IA (32)
Yorr: Palpatine (32) D'fire Title, Vader Tactician & Twin Ion engine (23)
97/100
Apparently I can't read rules properly. Adjusted the list

Not gonna work.
How about Dutch, Vessery, and Whisper?
Poe's Aces
Poe Dameron - Veteran Instincts, R5-P9, Autothrusters, Plasma Torpedoes - 40
Biggs Darklighter - 25
Soontir Fel - Push The Limit, Royal Guard TIE, Autothrusters, Stealth Device - 35
Oh lord Soontir with Biggs. That's horrible.
Hum. It was much harder than I thought to break the game with this rule. Trying to partern Dengar with a fleet officer or Kyle (ship) just ends up with a worse Dengaroo (no LW). Trying to make a super biggs with something like bodyguard and serissu just ends up being a weird and poor list. Howlrunner could ofcourse add value in any list, but she is still not any more useful than in a regular tie swarm..
Biggs protecting some imperial aces is probably going to be seen alot. I think I would go with 2 torp scouts and a value imperial ace or a ps 10 regen rebel ship.
Poe's Aces

Biggs Darklighter - 25

Biggs plus Manaroo and Tel, loaded for bear with torps. You can probably fit the title on one of them too, or even Dengar. Horrible.
Biggs is key here, I'm fairly certain. Here's my first idea:
Serissu (20)
Bodyguard (2)
Heavy Scyk Interceptor (2)
Heavy Laser Cannon (7)
Biggs Darklighter (25)
R2-D6 (1)
Elusiveness (2)
Integrated Astromech (0)
Wild Space Fringer (30)
Outrider (5)
Mangler Cannon (4)
Tactical Jammer (1)
Intelligence Agent (1)
Serissu and the Tactical Jammer give Biggs some major survivability. I'd b surprised if conventional swarms could ever get through. He's essentially getting 4 green dice + a reroll on defense. Serissu and the Wild Space Fringer add some decent punch to the list. But that isn't my favourite.
Howlrunner (18)
Crack Shot (1)
Serissu (20)
Crack Shot (1)
4 x Black Squadron Pilot (14)
Crack Shot (1)
Total: 100
From the first moment I saw Serissu I wanted to try this exact list. I bid you good luck should you choose to use it. Rerolls on both attack and defense make this TIE swarm a nightmare to destroy. But even that's not my favourite. Here's my favourite:
Carnor Jax (26)
Veteran Instincts (1)
Autothrusters (2)
Shield Upgrade (4)
3 x Green Squadron Pilot (19)
Juke (2)
Autothrusters (2)
Crack Shot (1)
A-wing Test Pilot (0)
The Carnor - Juke combo is vicious. It simultaneously increases your durability each round through taking evade actions, which then double as offensive Juke triggers. Crack shot lets you push through damage at long range or really become dangerous up close.
In a competitive setting I'd go with the crack swarm list, but for fun the last one really has some green dice denial.

Can't they made the traitor small ship only.

That Jax list looks like a lot of fun!

Why not a near-naked Biggs with a Tie Crack-Swarm (Howlrunner if the points allow)?

5 black cracks fit with a naked Biggs (no droid), Howlrunner points wise doesn't fit nicely.

Very interesting. I don't like Biggs without and trimmings but 5 Cracks is formidable in itself, let alone when they can't be shot at during the initial engagement. After that, all bets are off and Biggs' survival is icing on the cake.

But you can make Howlie work with Biggs:
Biggs w/ R4-D6 + integrated astro = 26
Howlrunner w/ crack shot = 19
Sigma pilot = 25
BSP w/ crack shot = 15
BSP w/ crack shot = 15
100
That's a pretty hefty alpha strike that can't be stopped (arc-dodged maybe)
You can also run this beast of a list:
Glaive w/ TIE/D, ion cannon + crack shot = 38
Glaive w/ TIE/D, tractor beam + crack shot = 36
Biggs w/ R4-D6 + integrated astro = 26
100
Defenders that you can't shoot at can cause all kinds of mayhem, and is a good reason why Biggs should not be allowed on the Imperial Faction...
And For Scum:
Biggs w/ R4-D6 + integrated = 26
Slaver w/ zuckuss, 4-LOM, dengar, inertial dampeners + tactical jammer = 36
Fenn Rau w/ push the limit, concord dawn protector, autothrusters & flechette torpedo = 36

The Glaive list interest me a lot. I've been running defenders a lot recently with good success too.
I've come up with this one
Test (100)
Countess Ryad (36) - TIE Defender
Push The Limit (3), TIE/x7 (-2), Twin Ion Engine Mk. II (1)
Colonel Vessery (36) - TIE Defender
Juke (2), TIE/x7 (-2), Twin Ion Engine Mk. II (1)
Palob Godalhi (28) - HWK-290
Juke (2), Ion Cannon Turret (5), Intelligence Agent (1)

Well, Palob cannot benefit from Juke, since he doesn't have the evade action (he might be able to steal one from your opponent, but extremely situational, and even then, your opponent would have to be dumb)
Even with a different EPT though, I don't see any benefit of Palob here. He just gives your opponent an easy first target that can be destroyed quickly. Sure that is similar to what Biggs provides, but at least Biggs with R4-D6 and integrated astro has two ways to mitigate a bit of damage, and therefore will last longer...
Also, if you are running a third ship intended to protect your defenders, you don't really need X-7. You might as well abuse the advantage of your 'tank' (Biggs in this case) and take two heavy hitters. Crack shot + tractor beam + ion cannon (in addition to primary attacks) gives you some serious firepower!

Crap didn't even think about him not having an evade lol. Good points, yeah I think if I go with a Biggs type ship to go with the other title.

Talonbane Cobra w/ expose, stealth device, cloaking device.
fill with Z95s
FYi... thats 7 Red dice in one salvo.
Edited by WiredinI'd swap stealth device for experimental interface; you can then expose and focus/target lock for a more powerful offense.

EI is a mod not an illicit.
Edited by WiredinHere's a Biggs Tie swarm list that would be pretty good I think. If I do black cracks across the board with Howlrunner it'd leave me with 10 extra points so instead of taking out Howlrunner I upgrade to blacks to omegas and put weapons guidance on them so if Howlrunner does go down they still got about same numbers for offense from range 2+.
