The Combo thread !

Ok we need one, and it'd be cool if it were stickied ! I'll start with some of the most obvious combos...

For Algeroth :

-Use Invoke Frenzy on the Gomorrian Emasculator during a barrage attack, for a two green and two yellow dice +4 accuracy attack that ignores LoS...

-Instant kill an adjacent opponent with your Gold/Silver Necromutant, using the Devouring Darkness, before spawning the next rank of the unit... Also works with Apocalypse if you want to drive your opponent out of Victory Zones back into their starting zone.

For Bauhaus :

-Use Superior Tech on a multi targetting fig (with burst fire) to give it your Etoile Mortant's Killing Blow, for multiple chances of instant kill !

-Heavy Artillery works wonders on a simple Venusian Ranger using Burst Fire on adjacent targets...

For Capitol :

-Use your Free Marine Hero as your main attacker in a combined attack, then use Coordinated attack to make the supporting units attacking for free. Gives you the possibility to make a second combined attack with the same units just after this if your target is still alive.

For the Brotherhood :

-Use Pointblank with the Moritificator Master's Crackshot for a guaranteed 6 damage hit at close range.

I know that some combos are particulary obious.

For Capitol :

Against double-based unit : Use the Free Marine Tank Hunter in combo with Radio Target Coordinates card. The added green dice very appreciated for range.

For Brotherhood :

With Reinforcement Zone token : Use the Fury Elite Guards in pack against an alone ennemy unit. If it wants to escape, the guards have grapple. And if it wants to defend itself, the Reinforcement Zone token garantees the return of each Guard (innefectiv against Necromutants or other healing units).

For all factions :

With a unit which can retrieve used command cards : Use this unit in combo with damage enhancement card and/or combined attack. In case of kill you IMMEDIATLY retrieve the used card.

For all factions :

For armies which rely heavily of command cards (and players who love think twice before an activation) : Use units which can retrieve used command cards with units which have a bonus at each command card played : Inquisitor with Inquisitor Majoris, Capitol Ranger with Commandant of Rangers, Security Specialist with Venusian Ranger Sergeant or Tekron Warmaster with Venerable Technomancer.

For the Brotherhood: Mortificator Master (ideal for the combos) + Silver Marksmanship card (don't know the english name, sorry, the total accuracy is the total sum of all dices) + Sniper Roost = A 2-4 damage shot at 10-12 hexes. Sit down and cry, capitol snipers!

For Algeroth...I always like to use at least one if not more silver Technomancer as I play at least one command card a turn. This gives you extra attacks each turn with the techs. Works great with beastial speed as it has such a cheap buyback.
