Latari elves focus for the next big box expansion?

I would also think about 'Ally Monster Groups'. We got Ally characters in LoR, and here we may get a band of Latari Wood Archers helping heroes along the way or such.

I would love a focus on Latari Elves or a more forest-like setting. All this undead stuff is a bit much. I'd like to see more fey-related stuff, too (and if there's a distinction between fey and fae, like Zyla).

Yeah, I feel like the idea of Allies got a bit forgotten for some reason. There's only the two, and they're only relevant in one campaign. And I like the idea of ally monster groups, too. I'm not sure how well it'd work, but I like the idea. :P

"All this undead stuff" ? You mean the one campaign that we've (almost) gotten? :P

That being said, I don't disagree. With MoB/CtR, I've hopefully gotten that undead-themed campaign I wanted, and I'd love to see some exotic forestry campaigning.

Some brand new monster groups which focus on obstruction and obfuscation rather than outright damage, would work wonders for any Overlord objective. We need some fae sorceresses putting all the heroes to sleep or turning them into toads! :D

(Why yes, I do want toad minis.)

I agree with you that the concept of Allies should be pushed a little bit more. I like the concept a lot, but I don't really like the two Allies available. Also, having more ally cards would give us more options for custom made campaigns. I even wouldn't mid if they didn't invent new Characters for that propose. Given the vast amount of heroes available, it would be cool to have an ally card (+ skills) for some of them, so one could introduce them into a campaign. I'd love to get a mage and a warrior ally to match the healer and scout ally available.

Actually, there are implicit allies outside LoR. Rylan Olliven acts as one in 1 Act of many SoN quests
