Question RE: Starter Box Contents

By sladerlmc77, in Star Wars: Armada

Hi Guys,

I've bought a whole bunch of Armada stuff since release, but have never actually had the opportunity to play.

Even though I haven't played, I had assembled the ship models and punched out tokens, etc.

Initially, I had set up the following:

1. Starter Set

2. CR90 Expansion

3. Nebulon-B Frigate Expansion

3. Rebel Starfighters Expansion

After I had done so, I comingled all of the sets in the box.

Recently, I wanted to get them all separated into their respective sets again.

I'm pretty sure I've succeeded, but I'm puzzled by a few of the tokens, and I'm hoping you guys can tell me which tokens belong in which set.

To wit:

I have 10 ship ID tokens, labeled "1", "2", "3", "5", and "6" in both light and dark colors.

I have 5 Main Ship ID Tokens, also labeled "1", "2", "3", "5", and "6."

The "Learn to Play" guide says I should have 3 Main Ship ID tokens, and 6 Ship ID tokens.

I'm guessing that means I should have the Main Ship ID tokens labeled "1", "2", and "3" - as well as the light and dark tokens labeled "1", "2", and "3" in the main starter set.

Is this correct?

And if so - where do the tokens labeled "5" and "6" go? Also, shouldn't there be a token labeled "4" somewhere?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

You are correct, 1-2-3 are from the Core Set

The Token marked 4, I believe, is in the Victory Star Destroyer Pack. Which would explain why you do not have it.

5 and 6 are from the CR90 and Neb-B Sets respectively. ( I just double checked an old unboxing video to confirm that.

Thank You very much for the reply!

I do have the Victory Star Destroyer Expansion - I just haven't opened it yet. :)

Given that I haven't yet learned to play, can you tell me what the significance of the differently colored ship ID tokens is? Does it signify status in some way?

No, it is simply a numbering system... Black and White exist in the case that both sides need to number their ships, and they[re both playing the same side in a Mirror Match...

So one can number in Black, and one can Number in White...

Perfect! Thanks very much for the help!
