I'm somewhat new to the Arkham horror game and would like to know if the Mark Harrington investigator miniature comes in any of the games.

I believe he is included in The Dunwich Horror expansion.

Although the investigator miniature isn't included, just a cardboard stand. You have to buy the painted investigator miniatures separately.
