What are good combos?

By Droogy17, in The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game

Rumour from the Earth + Palantir

Fatty + Late adventurer

But Fatty would be exhausted after using his ability. So you can't use Late Adventurer on him. Or am I missing something?

I really like combos with underused cards, so I'm interested.

You save him to use his ability, but if you don't use it you can commit him to the quest with Late Adventurer (or Hobbit Pony).

Speaking of combination, mine is LOTR and coffee.

What's yours?

Brok Ironfist + Sword-thain + Keeping Count

Heir of Mardil with The Day's Rising.

Aragorn (Leadership), and both ThĂ©oden could benefit from this combo since they are heroes, sentinels and nobles. Or you should use Sword-Thain on Eldahir, or DĂșnedain Signal on another noble hero.

Grima + Peace and Thought + Tighten our Belts

Grima + Heed the Dream + Tighten our Belts

i was kidding

Throw in an Unexpected Courage in case you use his ability.

Grima is underused, being one of the best resources smoother (can I say that?) in the game.

Beregond + Dunedain Signal

One that I just found pretty enjoyable was LDR Denethor (Just has to be a noble), Heir to Mardil, and Captains Wisdom. Give him 2 bucks during resource and stand him back up!
