I have both fleets that my friend and I use to play.

The dilemma is now whether to buy 1 additional Home One + 1 Liberty or 2 Liberty cruisers.
(We're getting the flottilas for both sides and I'm unsure whether to get the Interdictor at this time)
My friend thinks that two broadside capital ships are the best option, whereas I lean more towards getting 2 liberties. Which option would provide more stability for rebel fleets.
We play with 600+ points usually
