Maybe. It probably would work fine.

This is how I tested the ghost when I got it, I just used the advances dial and made some judgement calls on my own and sorta suped the Inq up more for a challenge, and it worked just fine. If you allow the AI to do its job and not try to game it as much you'll have more fun.

We did a six foot trench run with the AI flying the TIEs. It worked out better than it had any right to. It ended up pretty close.

Until Porkins heroically flew the trench in reverse and popped Vader in the face right as Wedge dropped the torpedo down the exhaust port. Don't ask about Luke. He blew up early on.

I use an android app automates the AI ships. It has given me trouble at times, but I suck so take that for what it's worth. I like it better than HOTAC due to ease of use. It also has all the ships in there.
