How do I remove token from the base.

By HisstKa, in Mansions of Madness

I put a token in the base upside down and now cant get ot out. Any suggestions?

Carefully? :P Ok, that was a **** comment.

I would try holding the base upside down so you can read the back of the token.

Have the slot side (the side in which you insert the token) away from you.

Using both of your thumbs, push down gently on the token, and then push away from you at the same time. I have found that even the most stubborn tokens can be removed this way. Even if you can only get it a little of the way out, you can grab the part jutting out with a flat, needle nose pliers and then gently pull it out.

If you cant get your thumbs dry enough for the friction/grip, try wearing dry rubber washing up gloves to get the extra grip

The small bases for my 2nd ed game are so tight that I just leave the monster token out on the table. There's really no purpose to having the token in the mini base. If it's on the table, everyone ne has easy access to it and can read the stats and flavor text without moving the mini on the board. I prefer the cards for bad guys in Descent and Imperial Assault.
