Not enough time in my world to collect all or everything of a faction and PLAY them. If it is not being played, it is dust and ebay bait.
I am the only one considering/planning to collect ALL factions?
Well, to be fair, I can't think of 100% evil orc species in any prominent fantasy IPs outside Middle-Earth and Warhammer these days. Warcraft, The Dark Eye, Might & Magic and even Dungons & Dragons have all turned them into nuanced - predominantly barbarian - people as well.
Warhammer orcs/orks aren't really evil. They just get bored easily and like a good fight. They're often portrayed as somewhat comical. I'll agree with Middle-Earth, though.

Well, I guess by that definition the Joker from Nolan's Batman reboot also isn't evil
. I think killing stuff because of boredom is the very definition of evil; even moreso than the pursue of personal power, because the latter is at least somewhat reasonable (if you have no conscience).
On topic: I think I'll stick with one faction, most likely Daqar Lords but will paint and keep the Undead from the core set for demo purposes.

Looks like you're applying your own morality to Warhammer Orcs/Orks. Evil is normally defined as profoundly immoral and malevolent with morality defined as a set of principles concerning the difference between right and wrong.
Warhammer Orcs/Orks are simply operating under a different set of morals... one that regards combat and violence as proper behavior. They are rarely depicted as malevolent, though, so I think it's a stretch to characterize them as evil. They fight because fightin' is the right proper and orky thing to do. It's what Mork (or maybe Gork) would want. They're perfectly happy fighting with each other. It's only when another challenge presents itself that they pull together and go after the "better fight".
Totally off topic though.
I'm not a big fan of the human faction, so I've already agreed with a friend that we'll both buy a box and then trade out the armies. That way, I'll start with a double set of undead and he'll start with a double set of humans. Add in the Wave (0/1?) releases and we should both be good from a competitive/200 point standpoint.
I don't see Warhammer Orks as being the sort that torture or kill for something to do. More like soccer hooligans or something, they're bored so they head to the pub and eventually get into a brawl.

I almost used the term soccer hooligan to describe them, but didn't know if everyone would get it.

If you are going to get philosophical then the same could be said of Mordor orcs or Hitler for that matter.
