U-boats will fire at Biggs, that's why he's there.
As, you will choose a green move with Braylen most of the time, he can clear 2 stresses a turn with 50% of chance.
You don't need to barrel every time, but it's really useful both on the initial passing both later on
Biggs will not be around for long vs U-Boats.
Basically it is Vector Thrusters vs PS4 on the stress mule.
I'll go with PS4 as due to the stress you willmost likely only be able to use VT once.

Thane's ability is wasted if he is a stressmule, Baylen's lets him (some of the time) lose two stress tokens after a green manuever, so there is a chance he might perform more than one action in the whole game

he just doesn't do enough damage, simple as that

braylen's ability doesn't even exist half the time, so you're "wasting" a lot less
As I see a lot of benefits in the PS4 and he is only 1 point more I am fine with Thanes ability only exist once per game
It isn't worth a point esp if you're trying to fit in with Biggs and a late game Miranda norra

Norra needs ptl r2d2 and a post maneuver movement mod coming out to 40 or 42 points
Without these things she is effectively dead weight, esp without r2d2. Probably wouldn't even kill a tie 1v1 without that Regen
If going for cheaper norra, I've simply found braylen to be quite clutch with VTs as well. Helps immensely on approach
personally prefer double VTs to a single EU on norra. Makes for a more fluid and more fun squad imo

Would be a dream to have 1 point to upgrade Braylen to Thane as he would be really hard to dodge on the first approach with his ability sn VT.

Alright, so fickle, i got a question for you, since you seem to be an ARC master.
See, i only own one ARC-170, right? I've been proxying a micromachines ARC model for Braylen in the casual games i've been playing. Tomorrow is a "Casual" tournament, and we may be able to use Wave 9 stuff, if we have it. I only have the one ARC, so what should i do? Throw Norra in to play, or Braylen? Or Thane for that matter? And with the one ARC and Biggs, who else do i put in that would work with the rest of the squad?

You bank the evade in the first turn since Comm Relay let's you keep it. That means you can juke every turn and also use his ability by focusing. And in a pinch you can drop the evade to avoid damage altogether. Pretty solid build.
So, last 32-34 points is the difficult choice in the list. Been flying it with Farlander, AdvS & Stay on Target lately. Works really well in the list imho, as Keyan shares ps with norra, really likes biggs around, dishes out the pain and can K when Norra wants to slow roll. It's also nice to have B wing back at the table:)

Luke in a crew slot seems like a waste. He'll do almost nothing for that rear arc, as you're already converting one eyeball to a crit.
I don't know, full mods despite stress-stack sound appealing enough. Not sure if 7 point appealing, so I would go for VTs for Roark, probably, but still.
