After playing against it a few times, I will say Konstantine really makes it sing, if it is capably of singing. It really wants to double arc stuff, and stay at medium, and Konstantine plus the temporary slowy downy (official term) make it really hard for things to escape the double arc.

Another problem I found with it is, for me, it opens myself up to more mistakes. Grav shift and Slowy Downy all are cool, but if I move the obstacles in the wrong direction or slow something down when it ends up actually helping them, not to mention having to remember all the exhaust and unexhaust with the title, I tap this land and that land comes back crap, I mean it is exhausting—pun unintended, but keeping it. I know some people love playing stuff like that, like OH MAN, watch these dominoes fall, but not me. I make enough mistakes. I don't need to open myself up to EVEN more. This game has enough moving parts as it is.

I think I have the 'Dictators number because it is just that. A Dictator of the battlefield. It is the ship that can hinder and limit and dictate what goes on throughout the battlefield.

It does not need to be super aggressive but if it keeps an enemy in the front arc for a turn longer or forces a hard activation choice, that to me is just as important as maybe a full VSD 2 attack at medium.

The dictor exemplifies what armada is supposed to be. ruthless strategy and tactics to obliterate your opponent. If you have solid tactics and battle plans ready before you field it, and know what it has to do and when to do it i suspose it will be a monster. if you field it and try to fumble around the battle with it, you are going to have a bad time. you need to have 3 or 4 plans laid out before you play it on A. what do i want it to do? B. What should it do? C. What Does my Opponent want to do? Its a denial ship. Denial pieces when executed correctly will run a table....

look at Silence in morticians guild, if he is landing shut out and <activate next> plays morticians score 3 goals like no bodies business. If silence fumbles around the pitch and doesn't lend his denial to the enemy guild or your dice hate you, the mortician game becomes much harder.

I was at a SERIOUS disadvantage but a plan of action (which is better than a battle plan imo) allowed me to take things one step at a time
