Picked up Wave 9 stuff at Gen Con and after competing in a few tournaments, I wanted to test out a competitive Scum list using the new goodies that came out.

The goal for this build:

• Old Teroch get in Range 1 with an Ace with high survivability - 2 evade tokens and 1 focus tokens while Teroch gets an additional focus or Target lock with his own action
• Manaroo hangs back just giving tokens to Old Teroch - Manaroo is pretty beefy and maneuverable to give tokens consistently throughout the game
• IG-88C is similar to Manaroo, but instead of hanging back, can strategically target other jump masters or even a palp shuttle due to its maneuverability and boost

Going to test this list out later this week, but the idea excites me for sure.

Thoughts?

Don't think the bare minimum IG and the super expensive manny are worth being able to pass out a single evade

A fully loaded fenn rau (ptl title thruster) is two cheaper than ig88-C (3 with the point you save on the crew) and a lot more mean

I do like Fenn. I really want to test out the IG and Manaroo setup though.

I think the giving of tokens to Fenn is necessary to give him as much survivability as possible since he has no shields. If you think rolling 4 green dice and one evade token is enough, then you can always pass off a focus or even a target lock to make Fenn even nastier.
