N'Dru Suhlak w/ Crack Shot, Homing Missiles, Glitterstim and GCs.
What do you guys think? I obviously know that the list is not the most competitive scum list (ahem, Dengaroo 
) but I guess it could hold its own. Plus it would be a nice challenge to beat some meta lists with this one.

I don't see any feedback arrays on any of those ships.
I have a problem with a R1 turret being on the least maneuverable ship in the game. Even with cloaking device, if you're going to run that ship you need the barrel roll thrusters or something. Dengar and TLT make Palob awesome, he steals your tokens or makes opponents change their plans and he causes consistent damage. The vets will live or die on the whims of green dice. NDru could be a lot of different things, if NDru works for you then keep him. You could add that third Tansarii vet though or even serissu with a tractor beam.
I like the idea a lot. I've tried flying 2 Mindlink Scyks and they still blew up super fast. I need to try again some time. I agree with buckero0 that Palob might be better off with Vector Thrusters. You'll have a lot more control over how you move.
I think Mindlink is a very powerful card. My mindlink list is completely different, but your list has some target-diffusion, I think. Does your opponent want to take N'Dru's powerful homing missile, or take out Palob first? Except, since Palob will be at range 1, I suppose it's not too difficult of a choice.
Don't get be wrong, I love the M3A, I'm just not a fan of the heavy. We're essentially trying to build a tie bomber or of a tie fighter.
I have played naked attaini M3As, and they do well. I like the idea someone had of dropping N'dru and running Serissu. Being able to have both Focus and evade and Serissu rerolls will severely increase their longevity.
The weakness of the list is that Palob will be first down, and he's your heavy hitter. There's no one else to distract your opponent from him, which brand you'll lose your feeder quickly.
Well, this is a list I wanna take to a local tournament and as the Wave 9 toys are not officially out yet, they are not allowed to be used in the tournament. Once they are out, I will surely switch to Vectored Thrusters on Palob.
Now on Serissu, I like the idea a lot, but won't the list then suffer from insufficient damage output? I mean, Suhlak can fire a 5-dice attack with Crackshot and the target cannot use evade tokens. Even a Soontir who rolls full evades on his defense will suffer at least 2 damage.
I guess I will have to test out the lists to really see what is good and what isn't.
Try that on for size! Palob is the bait. If people shoot him you're winning. He can pile up Focus and help out with IA and the ABT makes people really edgy. Sure MC Title prevents you from grabbing a focus from your Mangoes via AM but they should be evading anyways to force that bad targeting choice.
I played against this list at Regs and it was by far the most daunting.
Personally I would drop everything you have on Palob for TLT instead. You have enough threats on the board that Palob will want to contribute offensively.
Also Mangler Cannons on M3As is not good value. At R1, it's the same as primaries, so you're paying 4+2 points just to increase their attack by 1 at R2-3.
I would drop N'Dru for a Attani Serissu and upgrade those Manglers to HLCs.

I'd strip the SPA from Palob and Glitterstim from N'Dru to upgrade the autoblaster turret to TLT.
You can change N'Dru to Mindlink if the loss of glitters is an issue. I guarantee you'll get more mileage out of a TLT than either Crackshot or glitterstim.
But contrary to some advice above, I wouldn't drop the cloaking device on the HWK. I've been running Palob with cloak in a Mindlink squad as well, and the cloak has been priceless. It's exactly what Palob needs to get into a safe position at the start of the engagement. Also nice to have in your back pocket for those "oh ****, my HWK is gonna get focus fired" moments.

Nonsense. HLC is better than mangler. I've used it on Tansarii point vets and its boss. And not just once, like, for a long time. Even got top 8 with the list (don't remember exactly how I placed, but it was against some well known veteran x-wing players)
The only reason its not 'super competitive' is because of the Scyk, not the HLC. Also because autothrusters and palp (but then again, with mangler, you have zero chance of hurting Soontir----at least with the HLC you have a non-zero chance!)

The trick is simple. Manaroo does a green, gets a TL. Perform a focus, everyone gets a focus. Syck does an evade. Now, transfer Manaroo's TL F onto that syck, that syck gets TL F F E, which is basically soontir's defense + whisper's offense in one nice little package. If it dies, the 2nd syck takes over with the TL F F E combo. After both sycks are down, you have a turret 3atk ship with TL F every turn if you fly it right, and a R5P8 to help accelerate the clean up process

I have a similar list (same pilots, slightly different upgrades) and I like it. Attani mindlink definitely goes a long way to making the Scyk better than crap 
Wow, I really like your idea Duraham. Haven't watched the video yet, but your list seems awesome on paper and very different from the norm. I definately need to try it out sometime!

Kept arriving at a similar list when trying to make Attanni M3As work.
Definitely going to give it a shot now!
